Roger J. Bass is an experienced consultant who provides executive search, strategic planning, governance and succession planning, executive coaching, mentoring and training services. He is a partner of Resource Group 175 and is a senior consultant with Ransom Development Services. His previous experience includes serving as head of University Prep for twenty-five years. He has extensive volunteer service on the boards of educational, social service and arts organizations.
